Will it be cold?
Maybe. Maybe not. The Santa Fe weather is unpredictable. The average high for October is
62 degrees, and the average low is 38 degrees. There is a small chance of snow. That said, it has been
known to be anywhere from 74 degrees and sunny to 20 degrees and blustery on October 20th.
Bring lots of layers and plan for a chilly day. There will be coffee available to warm you up if need be.
Is Bike-A-GoGo indoors or outdoors?
Both. Many exhibitors will be sent up inside, but those that are demo-ing bikes will be outdoors. The
contests will also take place outside. Of course, the group rides at the end of the event will be outside.
Should I bring my bike? What else?
Yes, you should bring your bike if you want to participate in the group rides at the end of the event
or the Slowest Rider Contest during Bike-A-GoGo. If you are going to test ride bikes, you should
bring your ID, helmet (mandatory), bike shoes, and appropriate attire. Although the event is free,
you should probably bring some $$$ in case you want to buy a snack or some new gear.
Is Bike-A-GoGo really free to attend?
Yes, it really is. You can thank the Pedal Queens for putting on this fabulous event for all to attend.
Who should attend?
Everyone! Bike-A-GoGo is for women that currently ride bikes, want to start riding bikes,
think bikes are cool, or just want something unique to do on a Saturday morning. Men and
children are also invited but are not allowed to participate in the test rides or contests. There will be a bike rodeo for the kiddies and every one that participates gets a free helmet thanks to St. Vincents Hospital!
Men who are shopping for that perfect new bike to give their significant other for the holidays
are particularly encouraged to attend.
Will there be food there?

topics, meet representatives from the local bike shops, and just have a good time. If you are
